Paul Barker

Paul Barker is a writer and broadcaster, and a Senior Research Fellow of The Young Foundation. He is a former editor of the social affairs magazine, New Society, and his most recent book, Hebden Bridge: A Sense of Belonging, was published by Frances Lincoln in 2012.
